An important note regarding registration:
Once you have registered for the conference and have paid for your registration, you cannot return to add additional elements. You will receive an error message stating that your email has already been registered. Should you need to add additional conference elements after your completed registration, please contact conference organizers at info@pacrofi.com or call 1 (918) 671-0355.

How to Register
Register online (preferred) or by printing the PDF version of the registration form and returning by email (info@pacrofi.com) or mail (P.O. Box 9695, Tulsa, OK 74157).
Payment may be made online with credit cards or by mail with check or money order (no credit cards
accepted by mail). Make checks payable to “Pacrofi/AHS”. If you need to register from overseas, please use a credit card or email: info@pacrofi.com and we will arrange a bank transfer.

Campus Housing Information
On Campus housing accommodations are dormitory style with shared bathroom and shower facilities. Linens are included, but not toiletries. Rooms are available any night from Sunday through Thursday nights.
